Is the vehicle category I book the one I'll travel in?
Yes. We own and maintain our entire fleet of premium Mercedes-Benz vehicles. The vehicle category confirmed in your booking is the one you'll travel in. We never rely on subcontractors, ensuring consistent quality and service.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We monitor every flight in real time, so your chauffeur will adjust to delays whenever possible. Complimentary waiting time begins from your actual landing time, giving you time to collect your luggage before meeting your chauffeur.
Can I book the same chauffeur for my whole visit?
Yes. Whenever availability allows, we're happy to assign the same chauffeur throughout your stay, providing a familiar face and a seamless experience.
Do you pick up at the FBO or the public terminal?
For private aviation, your chauffeur will meet you directly at your FBO.
How and when am I charged?
We first send you a fixed-price quotation. There is no obligation to proceed. If you choose to accept the quote, payment is completed securely online and your booking is confirmed instantly. All prices include chauffeur service, fuel and tolls. Only 6% VAT is added at checkout. Approved corporate clients may also choose invoicing.
Are child seats available?
Yes. Child seats are available upon request. The first child seat is charged at SEK 300 + 6% VAT, while any additional child seats for the same journey are provided at no extra cost. Please let us know the number of children, their approximate ages, and whether you require a forward-facing child seat or a booster seat when making your booking.
Do you provide Meet & Greet?
Yes. For airport arrivals, your chauffeur will meet you inside the terminal with a personalised name sign and assist you with your luggage.
Do you operate outside Stockholm?
Yes. While we're based in Stockholm, we provide chauffeur services throughout Sweden and can also arrange international transfers upon request.
