Pick-up Instructions:

Airport Pick-up:

Your personal driver will meet you in the arrival hall outside customs. If you are unable to locate your driver, please call us on +46 (0)8 410 490 30.

All other collections:

Your personal driver will meet you at the given pickup address. If you are unable to locate your driver, please call us on +46 (0)8 410 490 30.

Waiting time for set-price commissions

  • Airport pick-ups: 35 mins included
  • Other locations: 15 mins included
  • Extra Stop: 10 minutes included

Thereafter the waiting time is charged per started 30 mins period.

Cancellation Policy

  • Sedan & Minivan: Transfer or Car at disposal 24 hours.
  • Mini & Full Size Coach: 48 hours.

In case of cancellation later than the stated time frames, the full sum will be charged.

International conventions & event. All types of vehicle/service 48 hours.

Payment Policy

Payment is due within 15 days of invoice date. In case no payment is received within 15 days, we will charge your credit card with the invoice amount. Any possible extra hours or other costs are not included in our base rates and will be invoiced as occurred. All prices are calculated from garage to garage (Not applicable to fixed price journeys).
